Apache Configuration Flattener

This script I wrote as a part of a bunch of scripts in order to de-Pleskify some servers. Plesk is a software package used to administer webservers, and what it does among other things is break up the apache configuration files into lots and lots of <Include> files.
The apcfg-flat script will try to find the main configuration file and recursively insert every <Include> it encounters, thus flattening the entire configuration into one large file with the exact same functionality.
In conjunction with this, I wrote a bunch of other scripts, for example to split out <VirtualHost> sections, Modules and others. I will post some of them later.
